法拉盛退党中心的展板敬告
【看中国记者艾丽纽约法拉盛报导】近日，法拉盛街头的退党服务中心又多了一块展板，内容是说美国宪法保障所有人拥有和平集会和发放信息资料的权利。大部分人都是第一次看见这块展板，屡屡有过路行人驻足观看。

你知道吗？在美国，宪法保障所有人拥有和平集会和发放信息资料的权利。任何针对行使此权利的人而作出的攻击行为，包括：推丶搡丶踢人丶打人丶以及向其吐痰等，根据纽约州法律中仇恨犯罪的条款，都可以“二级严重骚扰罪”或“三级攻击罪”而对攻击者予以刑事起诉。
抢夺相机丶展板或报纸等行为，属于抢劫罪，会根据美国刑事法条款予以起诉。
The First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution ensures the freedoms of speech, press, assembly, and religion to all people within the United States. Those who do not respect that fundamental right will be put on notice that if they physically interfere, assault people, or take people's property, that they will subject themselves to criminal prosecution.
