菲律宾共产党被确定为外国恐怖主义组织（恐怖主义组织名单）

鲍威尔说，该组织成立于1969年，目的是通过游击战推翻菲律宾政府。该组织强烈反对美国在菲律宾驻军，并杀害了菲律宾和美国公民。

声明说，该组织被确定为恐怖主义组织后，向该组织提供物质支持即属非法行为，美国各金融机构必须查封该组织的资产，该组织成员如不是美国公民则不得进入美国。被确定的外国恐怖主义组织现已达到34个。
