清华大学研究生水平算我领教了。清华大学一直是国人崇拜和向往的大学，从这篇论文摘要看到了清华大学真实的面目。令人担忧。

1. 自己的大名中的"森"(sen)误为(shen);

2. "清华"(Qinghua)虽然使用了正确的拼音, 但官方和国内外媒体均使用(Tsinghua);

4. "北京"(Beijing)误为"北疆"(Beijiang);

5. 文章标题中"价值链"(value chain)误为"价值中国"(value china);

【英文摘要】 This presents the value chain analysis and competitive advantage theory,and concludes the process by using value chain method how real estate enterprises creates value.It generalizes the strategies for these enterprises and the approaches to get the competitive advantages.It lastly clarifies core competence covers strategic programming power,resource integrity ability and innovative capability.
