有一天，曾在中宣部供職的爺爺邊看報紙邊說：「他說國際敵對勢力正在加強對我國實施西化，精闢啊，還是主席看得清目前的形勢。」
做生意開公司的兒子說:「敵對勢力？他是指美國吧！」
老爺爺說：「當然是指美國嘛，美帝國主義亡我之心不死啊！」
兒子說：「美國怎麼成了敵對勢力啦？我們不是同他是貿易夥伴嗎？還借幾萬億資金給他嗎？」
老爺爺訓斥道：「看你，一點警惕性也沒有，覺悟太低了，政治還政治，經濟還經濟，我們雖然借幾萬億給美國，美國還是我們的敵人。」
正在做作業的讀小學的小孫女停下手中的作業，抬起頭來問：「爺爺，將幾萬億借給敵人，那不是漢奸嗎？」
老爺爺大怒喝道：「小孩子，你懂得什麼叫漢奸！」
小女孩不服氣爭辯說：「當然懂，借這麼多錢給敵人，就是漢奸！在漢奸呢！」
爺爺無語了。
